We kept seeing the same problem — care homes running on spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups, and software that wasn't built for them. So we built something that was.

Who We Are

Behind RoundCare is Wolf Logic, a UK-based software and AI team. We've spent years working with care sector organisations, sitting alongside managers to understand what their day actually looks like.

What We Believe

Care managers shouldn't need IT training to use their software. Good rotas protect residents. Compliance shouldn't be a last-minute scramble. We built RoundCare around those principles.
